No ads. ▶ FREE FEATURED PLACE Every day, Sunshine picks a Featured Place - somewhere across Australia, from Uluru to Dubbo, and gives you the full weather experience for it, free. A new place each day, no subscription needed. ▶ BOM DATA Observations and forecasts come from real-time BOM data. Rainfall probability, wind, temperature trends, and UV at a glance. The timeline adapts to what matters — incoming rain, or the day's UV peak. ▶ SUNSETS & TIME TRAVEL Scroll back to last night's rain, forward to Thursday's forecast, then reset to now. The sky transitions between weather conditions and between day and night as you go. ▶ RAIN RADAR Powered by BOM radars. Animated overlays show where the rain is, how heavy it is, and when it arrives. Simple and solid. ▶ DESIGN Sunshine tells you a lot about the weather, but not everything. Deliberately. Complex data is presented with clear visualisation, sensible grouping, and colour-coded conditions you can read at a glance. Weather shouldn't need decoding. ▶ CELSIUS, KM/H, MILLIMETRES The French sorted this out in the 19th century. We show nothing else. ▶ PRIVACY Nothing is tracked.
